They say in India, Valentines day is not for us. Its for all the western countries where they have immense time to celebrate this type of special day.
In fact they celebrate coz they don't have that many festival as we do.
But my take on this is little different. I feel that Indians are very shy in nature. They believe in Love but they are not very expressive and open about their feelings. Where as the western countries are not very emotional about their relationships. So Valentine is just an expression of thought. Expression of your Love and care.
He or she can be any one.
